Ken is a successful real estate broker and investor from Utah with over 20 years of experience. In 2005, he and his wife Janet discovered Baja California, Mexico, and purchased their first oceanfront property to build a vacation home. They fell in love with the region and have spent the last two decades developing property, building homes, and helping other Americans buy land in Mexico. Today, they split their time between their home on the beach in Baja and their home in Utah. Ken’s passion for real estate and his firsthand knowledge of cross-border property ownership led him to co-found Baja Coastal Properties.

Respected real estate attorney and founder of a prominent law firm in Ensenada, Mexico. He has built long-standing relationships with some of the region’s largest landowners and developers, representing them in land subdivision, zoning, and title matters. His clients include Notarios, Mexican builders, and multinational companies with ongoing operations in Mexico. Ricardo’s deep experience and trusted connections make him an essential part of Baja Coastal Properties’ ability to help Americans safely purchase and title property in Mexico

Former partner at a top Denver law firm, where he specialized in real estate, mortgage banking, and international transactions. He’s represented clients across the Middle East—including Saudi Arabia—and has deep experience in U.S.-Mexico cross-border legal work.
Today, he advises Baja Coastal Properties on legal frameworks for U.S. buyers in Mexico. Chuck studied in China and lived in Korea for several years as a translator, shaping his global legal perspective. He now focuses on land, oil, and international trade, and believes Mexico’s strategic role and shifting U.S. demographics will make it a top destination for American retirees and investors over the next 15 years.
